Introduction:
A burger contains all the three essential nutrients, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. The body’s energy supply is fulfilled first by the catabolism of carbohydrates, followed by fats, and lastly by proteins. Though the proteins and carbohydrates to some extent are good for the health, but both these nutrients may end up as fats. This happens with the transfer of carbon atoms from the carbohydrates and proteins to the lipids.
