The supination, pronation, ulnar and radial flexion of the forearm and hand, opposition, reposition, abduction and adduction of the thumb.

Introduction:

The hand has the following parts shoulder, forearm, wrist, and fingers. The forearm bones the radius and the ulnar involve in the formation of the radioulnar joint. The trapeziocarpel joint and the interphalangeal joint are the joints of the wrist and fingers. These entire joint involve in essential movements of the hand, such as holding, catching, and picking.
