Introduction:

The use of data and software can help establish a total new concept in hiring the right employees. This use of data programs are used in many companies around the world in order to reduce the human resource management cost and time taken for the traditional practice of recruiting and selecting employees, companies input the type of workers they need according to the job description , specification, someone who suits the company culture into the software and then inputs the applicants data and tests where eventually the program runs and analyses the best possible employees and candidates to fill the position.
