Introduction:

Vegetative propagation or vegetative reproduction is the process of multiplication in which a portion of the fragment may be root, stem, and leaf of the plant body. It functions as propagators and develops into a new individual. Vegetative propagation can be brought by various artificial techniques such as grafting, layering, cutting, bulb, tuber or stolon formation, and tissue culture.
