- • An empty set is created without passing any an argument.
- • The object that is passed as an argument must contain iterable elements.
- ○ Examples of objects that contain iterable elements are list, string, tuple, and so on.
- • Each element of the object that is passed becomes the member of the set.
- ○ If the list is passed as an argument, the unique elements in the list become the members of the set.
- ○ If the string is passed as an argument, each unique character in the string becomes the members of the set.
