Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Circumduction is the movement of the limb where the proximal end is stationary and the distal end moves circularly. This movement is seen in the saddle, condyloid, and ball-and-socket joint. The shoulder joint is an example of circumduction, where the hand from the shoulder is straight and the fingers alone draw circles as it is moving around the space.
