Summary Introduction
To Determine:
How to maintain the ‘you’ attitude when crafting negative messages?
Introduction:
Negative messages can be communicated either directly where the negative aspect is directly addressed at the beginning of the message, or indirectly where the negative aspect is hidden between positive messages or other types of messages.
A "you attitude" means looking at a topic from the reader's point of view ("you") instead of our own ("me").
