Introduction:

Anxiety is the natural response of the body to stress. There are six types of anxiety disorders that include anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and social phobia. The two divisions of the autonomic system are sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
