Explanation of Solution
The rough-in" stage in building or remodeling of a home is defined as the stage of the construction project which begins after the completion of basic framing. The initial wiring and plumbing installations, installation of circuit conduct and mounting of electrical boxes are done during this phase.
This stage always starts with a plan by the engineer of the architect outlining everything and its estimates. The National electrical code (NEC) and other local electrical codes are required to be followed during this stage.
It is the responsibility of the electrician to select the correct type of conductor, type of hardware, suitable material and wiring method as per the guidelines of the National electrical code.
The manufacturers will provide equipment and instructions for installing equipment to the electrical contractor. These instructions should be strictly followed for installation during this stage of wiring.
