The hydropathy plot of a soluble protein and ribonuclease with those in figure 9.14.
Introduction:
Hydropathy plots permit for the hydrophobicity’s visualization on the length of the sequence of peptide. The hydropathy scale that is dependent on the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of the twenty amino acids is utilized. A "window" i.e. moving identifies the totaled hydropathy at respective point within the sequence i.e. Y coordinate.
