We need to reason out preferable organizational culture and cite valid reasons for the same.
Introduction:
There are two types of organizational cultures. Mechanistic culture is used in large bureaucratic, rigid, centralized, inflexible, and traditional organizations. Organic structure is used in flexible, innovative, continually interacting, less bureaucratic and decentralized organizations.
The organic structure has flat organizations, with more teamwork; closer interrelations, no much tight compartmentalization’s and these are flexible structures.
In the today’s highly competitive and evolving business environment Organic structure is preferable.
