Introduction:

Organizational culture shows the image of attitude, behaviors, and style of working of the organization. There are four types of the organizational Culture as follows:

1. Clan Culture: This Culture is employee focused culture and values the flexibility but not the stability.
2. Adhocracy Culture: This type of culture is risk-taking and values the flexibility.
3. Market Culture: This type of organization culture gives priority to the profits over employees.
4. Hierarchy Culture: This type of organization culture gives priority to stability and effectiveness.
