StartsWith(substring):

• • Substring is defined as a string within a string.
• • String can also be said as the array of characters and in C# the individual characters present in a string can be accessed using the subscript notation.
• • Substring method of the string object is used to retrieve a specific set of characters from a string.
• • StartsWith method returns true if the string taken as argument is present in the start of the specified string
