The graph of a differentiable function $y=y\left(x\right)$ passes through the point (0, l) and at every point $P\left(x,y\right)$ on the graph the tangent line is perpendicular to the line through P and the origin. Find an initial-value problem whose solution is $y\left(x\right).$
