The company began its operations a few years ago and its annual turnover has grown to over ZAR 3 million. The company direly needs to automate their whole value chain processes using an integrated computer system to improve efficiency and reduce losses. Management is intending to establish an IT department that is supposed to take a leading role in the development of the computer system.
