Gene library consists of copies of many genes cloned inside the vector plasmid constructs. The genes are available in various sizes and are ligated inside the multiple cloning sites of the vector plasmid. These genes can be expressed with the formation of proteins. The study of protein-protein interactions can be studied in detail in phage libraries.
