Introduction: Bacteriophages could be recovered consistently from different niches of the environment. In these environments, these viruses might play an important role in the natural control of bacteria. The major goal of the phage enrichment method is to enrich the sewage sample for the phages and is carried out by removing the endogenous bacteria from the viruses.
