Introduction: Forensic science is also called as criminalistics. It is the field of science that collects evidence from crime scenes and analyzes the samples to identify the suspects. The use of microscopy has an important role in forensic science. Pollens and spores are useful in cracking a criminal case. Pollens are identified by production from plant species found in distinct locations whereas spores are identified based on the organism produced.
