It offers burritos, wraps, soup, salads and other foods also. MC the founder of the company wants to make healthy living easier. With this objective in mind, MC opened the restaurant. Now, MC allows franchise only to those individuals who have the same passion. F uses flat organizational structure. Flat structure removes many layer of management. There is no necessary formal structure. The member of team also works on standing desk. Franchise of F also uses same flat structure and have same environment. Today, franchise of F is spreading faster. In this fast moving world, F has maintained its core value.
