Interpretation:

Using the steam table, the final temperature and pressure (bar) of the system and the mass of water vaporized (g) should be calculated using a trial-error method, if 3915 kJ is added to the water no heat is transferred from the water to its surrounding.

Vessel is closed, and vapor is saturated, so that energy added is equal to the difference of heat at final temperature and initial temperature. We can use energy equation to find the final temperature in vessel at equilibrium.
