- It is an open standard to create formatted documents and share the structured data using internet or corporate networks.
Hypertext Markup Language (HTML):
HTML is a standard markup language of the WWW (World Wide Web), used to create and display web pages.
- Hypertext indicates the method to link HTML documents together.
- It is a Markup Language, because it mark-up a text HTML document with tags that indicates the browser how to arrange it to display.
