Introduction:

The theories given are a few other examples of contemporary theories which reveal other aspects of motivation. Self-efficacy theory speaks about the level of belief one has on himself that he is able to complete a given task. Reinforcement theory suggest that, behavior of employees is affected by the external actions that happen. Expectancy theory focuses on three relationships.
