Program plan:

• • Import the needed package “random”.
• • Declare a function named “generateLotteryNumber()”.
  • ○ Declare an empty list “lotteryNumberList”.
  • ○ Use a “for” loop to generate 7 random numbers in the range 0 to 9 using “random” and append each random number to the empty list using “append()” function.
  • ○ Use another “for” loop to iterate through the “number” till the end of the list “lotteryNumberList” to print the content in the list.
• • In the “main()” function:
  • ○ Call the function “generateLotteryNumber()”.
• • Finally, call the “main()” to execute the program.
