Introduction:
Exit refers to breaking of bond between an employer and employee, every organization must believe and implement in making the exit as smooth as it can be, coz the exit employee must have served for the company whatever the period it may be, it is studied that, the smaller number of bad exits from the company, the more the score on its reviews and reputation. It directly impacts the image of the organization. Agree that employee must know what his contributions were and how satisfied the organization was with his performance, however it is equally important how well it is getting communicated to that employee.
