An interview is a vital process of recruitment and selection. It involves a series of processes like understanding the requirement, preparing necessary job description, sourcing profiles, shortlisting, interviewing, consolidating profile, and decision making. One of the prime task interviewers must be doing is to have a kind background knowledge about a candidate's previous accomplishments, challenges faced, contributions, strengths, weakness, etc. to predict what can be expected out of this particular resource.
