Osteoporosis is a condition in which the bones of the body become weak and fragile. In this condition, the mass and density of the bones decrease. It is common in old people. Women also suffer from osteoporosis after menopause due to the release of low estrogen. Thus, a balanced diet and sufficient calcium must be consumed to avoid this condition.
