Draw circle

Program plan:

• Import the necessary modules.
• Define the “main()” function,
  • Draw the square window using “GraphWin()” method.
  • Set the coordinates for the window.
  • Get the radius of the circle and y-intercept of the line from the user.
  • Draw the horizontal line with the given y-intercept using “Line()” method.
  • Check whether the radius of the circle is less than the y-intercept.
    • If it is true, print a message as “The line does not intersect”.
    • Otherwise calculate the x-points and print the two x values of intersection textually.
    • Print graphically two x values.
    • Draw the two x values using “draw()” method.
• Call the function “main()”.
