Introduction:

Job application and Resume are the primary documents for evaluation of the candidate's eligibility for the job. According to Human Resource Managers, around 53% of resumes and job applications contain false statements and around 21% of resumes lie about their degrees. In the current era of technological advancement it is difficult to falsify degrees but still, there is a chance of fraudulent statements and achievements in the resume. Hence it becomes the responsibility of the Human Resource Managers to check the background and resume contents thoroughly.
