I have a project to construct a poster with the pathways that we have discussed in class which include glycolysis to beta-oxidation of fatty acids that are depicted inside a cell.  I need to include reactions that are regulated, ones that produce or consume energy, and those at branch points between pathways. I also need a list of regulated enzymes and what regulates them. I also need to include intracellular membranes and locate reactions in the appropriate subcellular location. I can only include each metabolite once per subcellular location and include transporters. Any information that can be given to me on the different pathways and reactions would be helpful. I am at a loss and could use some help figuriong out what to put on my project. Thank you
