We get

  $\begin{array}{l}4x+6y=9\\ \Rightarrow 4\left(\frac{4-3y}{2}\right)+6y=9\\ \Rightarrow 2\left(4-3y\right)+6y=9\\ \Rightarrow 2\left(4\right)-2\left(3y\right)+6y=9\\ \Rightarrow 8-6y+6y=9\\ \Rightarrow 8=9\end{array}$

Which is not true

So there will be no solution.

As both the given equations are parallel lines they do not intersect each other.
