Identical array

Program plan:

• Import required header files.
• Define the main class “AllEqual”.
  • Define the method “identicalOrNot ()” to find whether all the values in 2D are same.
    • Declare required variables.
    • Get the first value from the array and assign it to the variable “target”.
    • Loop through the length of the array.
      • Using “while” condition, find whether other elements are not equal to the “target”.
        • Assign “false” to the Boolean variable “isAllSimilar”.
    • Return “isAllSimilar”.
  • Define the main method.
    • Declare two 2D arrays and assign some values.
    • Check if the values are identical for 1^st array by calling the function “identicalOrNot”.
      • If “true”, print “All values in array1 are identical”.
    • Check if the values are identical for 2^nd array by calling the function “identicalOrNot”.
      • If “true”, print “All values in array2 are identical”.
