Let’s assume for $x$ number of toppings cost of both the pizzas will be same.

Now, the cost of Tony’s pizza after adding $x$ toppings is, $7+.75x$

Now, the cost of Maria’s pizza after adding $x$ toppings is, $8+.5x$

Now, for same cost,

  $7+0.75x=8+.5x$

  $\therefore x=4$
