Summary Introduction

Skin is the largest organ of the body and it has three layers, namely epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis. An outermost layer that makes the tone of skin and gives waterproof barrier is epidermis. The dermis layer is present beneath the epidermis, it contains hair follicles, sweat glands, and connective tissue. The hypodermis is the deeper subcutaneous tissue, and it is made up of connective tissue and fat. The damaged outer layer of the skin is removed by dermabrasion.
