For this purpose it has acquired Company H software. Company H is successful in dealing with high performance management piece of puzzle and established their own customer base.
After acquisition some of the key executives of Company H software took the high level positions in Company S. They concentrate not only on technical compatibility but also products, firm’s strategic and cultural compatibility.
The acquisition of both the companies is successful. It is not only the option for Company S, it has established strategic alliances with various companies which helps to offer more complete solutions for their customers. Company is confident with new team and it can seek for additional marketing opportunities to accelerate the new talent management solutions.
