Prepare a weighted scoring model for each of the four projects using the template supplied on the Companion website. Give weights to all four criteria, then assign scores based on the weighted average of all four criteria's values. The findings should be printed out in the form of a spreadsheet and bar chart. In addition, you should create a one-page document that explains the weighted scoring approach and the outcomes.
Break down the work to level 3 or level 4, as appropriate. Use the wbs.doc template provided below as well as samples in the text as guides. Save the WBS in list form as a Word file. Be sure to base your WBS on the project scope statement you created, stakeholder requirements, and other relevant information. Remember to include the work involved in selecting the rest of your project team and outside resources as well as coordinating with the cloud-computing providers. Use the project management process groups as level 2 WBS items or include project management as a level 2 WBS item to make sure you include work related to managing the project. The execution stage which comprises the bulk of the work done on your project should list all of the services your are migrating individually within the WBS to include the system, data migration, and testing of each system listed in the cloud computing case. Migration should be staged and not done simultaneously for all of the systems.
Please provide an example of a project that you would manage employing either the Spiral Model or the V Model, along with a brief explanation of the nature of the project and a reason for the choice that you made.

- You will create an Excel spreadsheet to determine the cost of a food recipe. The recipe must be approved by me. Find a recipe online and post the URL in the project forum. The total cost of the recipe should be reasonable. For example, an angel food cake would not cost $220! I will determine whether your proposal will suit the project requirements. Do not use recipes for cookies, cakes, pies or pizza since these tend to be more difficult to use in a project. Your spreadsheet program must be capable of taking input from current market prices (which would be a hard number) and capable of being increased or decreased for number of servings. Except for the inputs for the current market prices and quantity, all numbers must be calculations (not hard numbers). We will discuss this project in more detail in our chats and I will demonstrate how to do this sort of costing project for you. I have posted a sample project in the forum as well.
