Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is a type of nonmelanocytic skin cancer, where there is an abnormal, unrestrained growth of basal cells, in which it occurs in certain parts of the skin. This is reported as one of the most abundant forms of skin cancer which relatively has a low metastatic rate.
