Introduction:

Microbiotas that are present in gut human gut are helpful for human health, supplying essential nutrients, and vitamin K synthesis and enteric nerve function and so on. Feces consist of leftover food material after digestion such as unabsorbed nutrient, mucus, bacteria, water, and fibers.

The human gut contains bacteria that are colonized which are Actinobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, and Proteobacteria and Lactic acid bacteria. These bacteria help in regulation of immune response, detect and kill cancerous cells, disease prevention, and elimination of disease and cancer causing substances. The microorganisms present in gut also convert complex food into simple fatty acid molecule. The diversity of gut bacteria influences digestion, and weight of an individual. E. coli bacteria and streptococci are harmless microorganism present in human gut, animal intestine and in feces.
