a. Find the line of best fit.

b. Predict the value of $y$ when $x=11$.

c. Predict the value of $x$ when $y=19$.

d. Find the coefficient of linear correlation.

e. Are the predictions in parts $\left(b\right)$ and $\left(c\right)$ reliable?
