To explain: The differences between the antigen recognition by the B cell antigen receptor and T cell antigen receptor.
Introduction: The adaptive immunity mainly involves two white blood cells namely T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes. T lymphocytes or T cells are matured in the thymus whereas B lymphocytes or B cells matured in the bone marrow. Both T and B cells possess many antigen receptors on their membrane to recognize the specific antigen.
