Antibody titer:
The concentration and diversity of antibodies present in a patient's blood can be quantified using the Antibody titer test. The patient's immunity can be analyzed by using the data from the titer test. Higher the titer value higher is the immunity and vice versa.
ELISA is usually used for quantifying titer values for antibodies.
The normal values of the test are dependent mainly on the antibodies under study and the technique used for the determination of titer.
