Introduction: The nervous system of humans is composed of CNS and PNS. CNS stands for “Central nervous system” and it is composed of brain and the spinal cord. However, PNS or “Peripheral nervous system” contains the neurons that connect brain and spinal cord to each other and to other parts of the body. The CNS is composed of white and gray matter.
