The mass of Fe from periodic table is 55.85 g/mole . For 1 mole , the mass is,

m=1 mole×55.85 g/mole=55.85 g

The mass of O from periodic table is 16.00 g/mole . For 1 mole , the mass is,

Therefore, the total mass for 1 mole of FeO is,
