Introduction: Cell is the smallest fundamental unit of structure and function in all living organism. It is quite difficult to observe the ultra-structure of cell with naked eye. Inside the cell, cell-organelles are present; those are very minute to identify by electron microscope. So, high magnified electron microscope is needed for the observation of ultrastructure of cell and the cellular organelles.
