Summary Introduction

Case summary:

AH Biotech has come up with a drug which could offer relief from the panic attacks. Dr. Abraham Hassan had to take the decision of where to do the large scale clinical tests, in USA where the doctors as well as patients for testing would not only be difficult to find but costly or to do the testing in Albania as suggested by David Berger, chief research and development, where it would not only be cheap but available in plenty.

The panic attacks are not generally fatal, but the chest pain, the choking feeling could be severe enough to make normal life impossible. Abraham Hassan is Egyptian born, but U.S. trained.

If the clinical testing should be done in United States, even if they would cost more and would take more time to live up to the oath of doing good to the patients without harming anyone.
