Introduction:

The fermentation is defined as the metabolic process which involves the consumption of sugar in the absence of oxygen to produce products such as organic acids, gasses or alcohols. The process involves the breakdown of cellulose by certain bacteria and some products are used as nutrient for bacteria that helps in fermentation.
