Concept introduction:

The process of sperm production is called spermatogenesis. This process is occurred in the testes which is the primary sex organ of male reproduction system. The cells of the seminiferous tubules in the testes give rise to the sperm cells via different stages. The interstitial cells in the testes produce male sex hormones, testosterone and androgens.
