However, he is embarrassed to enquire his physician that he wants to try some drugs for his sex life. Physician checked him thoroughly and prescribed Sildenafil (Viagra) for sex life.

Mr.S.is admitted to the emergency department for his chest pain after an 11 month period of his medication. Medical diagnosis indicates that he is having mild coronary artery disease. He was prescribed with isosorbide dinitrate, sustained release of 40 mg every 12 hours. He was given an appointment after a week’s time.
