Concept explainers
To Define: Hologram and its principle.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Hologram: It is the recording of the pattern of interference that uses diffraction for reproducing a 3D light field, which gives an image that still has the parallax, depth and original scene properties. Thus, it is the photograph with complete information.
Hologram is based on the principle of the interference. It is produced by interference of the beams of the two laser lights.
Interference can be defined as the phenomena of superimposing of two waves to produce a resultant wave of smaller, greater or same amplitude.
