Introduction: Hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and testes are involved in the endocrine regulation activity of male reproduction. Hypothalamus initially secretes gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) that stimulates the anterior pituitary gland to secrete follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH).

A 10 month old child whose external genitalia were ambiguous had hypertension and no dehydration.
