Ethical dilemma:
An ethical dilemma is a conflict between two moral responsibilities of a person. In an ethical dilemma, the selection of one moral responsibility will lead to the violation of another moral responsibility. The person is compelled to meet both the moral responsibilities, but he has to opt only one of them. It creates a dilemma of selection.
Provide an example of an ethical dilemma:
Two friends work in an organization. A has seen B stealing the office equipment from the office premises. Now A is in the ethical dilemma of saving his old friend or being loyal to the company. This situation creates ethical dilemma for A.
Thus, the conflict between two moral responsibilities is known as an ethical dilemma.
